The 365-Wear Guarantee

We stand behind every Great Build boxer with a full 365-day guarantee from the date of purchase. If your boxer rides up, fades, loses shape, shrinks excessively, or lets you down in any way within 365 days — we replace it or refund you in full. You keep the boxer either way. No forms, no return shipping, no questions asked.

Guarantee Eligibility

The 365-Wear Guarantee applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, cuts, tears, holes, burns, or any intentional or negligent damage. Items that have been altered or modified are not eligible. We reserve the right to assess eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

How To Request a Return or Refund

Email us at support@great-build.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We process your replacement or refund within 2 business days. You are not required to return the item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. If you paid with store credit, the refund will be returned to your Great Build account balance.

Exchanges & Size Replacements

Contact us within 365 days of purchase to request a size exchange or replacement. We cover return shipping within the United States. Replacements ship within 2 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@great-build.com with your order number and a photo. We will ship a replacement at no cost.

Free Gifts & Digital Products

Free gifts included with your order are yours to keep regardless of return outcome. Digital products (ebooks) are non-refundable once accessed.
